  Appalling service. The worst Nandos we have ever eaten at, and my family and I have been to quite a few in London because they like Nandos. Very slow staff who do not like their job and feel that they are doing their clients a favour by making the environment presentable. I had to ask for the table and floor to be cleaned up to four times. The laid back attitude of the staff could make the franchisee lose the franchise. The staff acted like they had never served ethnic minority customers before. I will never take my family there again. I will spend our cash somewhere else in future. Nonsense!

  It's a nice place, and has been recently refurbished. Food is good as usual and they have good combo deals so the bill doesn't end up that expensive

  I have some serious concerns about hygiene in this place...
  
  The restaurant itself looks clean enough, but the service is slow and lacks professionalism. Dirty tables took a long time being cleared, with a great many things ending up being trodden into the floor. The WCs were in a frankly shocking condition, so I cannot help but wonder about the overall hygiene standards in this place, if they let their toilets get in such a mess.
  
  The meal itself was OK, when it arrived...
